Please note:

  • Delivery times are based on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed.

  • International Express (DDU) shipments do not include customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees; these costs are the responsibility of the recipient at delivery.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the time they are placed. Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive an SRG Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

Please note that the delivery window begins once your order has been collected by the carrier, not at the time of purchase.

Multiple-item orders may ship separately depending on product availability.

 

International Shipping

SRG Atelier proudly ships to most global destinations. However, please be aware that customs inspections, import regulations, or carrier delays may affect delivery timelines.

International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) — meaning customs duties, import fees, and taxes are not included in your purchase total and must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

Our shipping partners may contact you directly via email, phone, or SMS to request additional information such as a tax ID or customs number required by your local authorities.

This communication is standard procedure and does not indicate enrollment in any service or additional charges beyond required import fees. Failure to provide requested details may result in your order being returned to SRG.


Restricted Shipping Destinations

Due to carrier and regulatory restrictions, SRG Atelier is unable to ship to the following countries or regions at this time:

Belarus, Burma, Congo, Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Russia, Ukraine, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.

  • All shipments originate from Cerritos, California.

  • Shipping timelines may vary during high-volume periods or national holidays.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be rerouted or recalled.
