RETURN POLICY

Items purchased directly from SRG Atelier are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

If you have any concerns or questions about returning your item, please contact our Customer Service Team at sales@revolve.com — we’re happy to assist you with the process.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Certain items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. These items are typically part of limited, discounted, or promotional sales.

REFUND METHOD

All refunds are issued to the original form of payment used at checkout.
If you paid with a gift card or gift certificate, the refund will be credited back to that same gift card or certificate.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once your return has been received at our facility, please allow 2–3 business days for processing.

When your refund is issued, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several additional business days to appear on your statement.

Shipping

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

We offer standard, express, and international shipping options. Available methods and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

COUNTRY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

SRG currently ships to most international destinations. However, certain countries may have import restrictions. If your destination is unavailable at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?

We can cancel orders that have not yet shipped. Please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible at sales@revolve.com.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot make changes to the items or shipping address. If your order has not shipped, you may request a cancellation and place a new order.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure timely deliveries for all orders. When selecting our free ground shipping or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Payment

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR SITE?

Credit cards are a secure payment method to use when shopping online. SRG Atelier takes security measures and fraud monitoring to keep your account information safe.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES SRG ACCEPT?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB

WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED?

An authorization charge is made when your order is placed. We will complete the charge when the order ships out.

Preorders

WHAT IS A PREORDER?

Pre-orders are orders for items that are not in stock currently but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. The estimated arrival date for the item will be displayed on the product page. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out to you as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse. You will not be billed for the item until it ships. We will send you an email when the item arrives as well as when the item ships out.

Once we receive your item in our warehouse it then takes 2 business days to process the shipment through quality control before we ship it out.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY PREORDER RIGHT AWAY?

Your card will be authorized at the time your order is placed to confirm payment. The final charge will be processed once your order has shipped from SRG’s facility.

I CANCELED MY PREORDER. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

You are not charged for a preorder until we receive and ship your item. If you cancel your preorder before your item is shipped, there is no refund to be issued.
